Title: The First Lady

Author: James Patterson

Genre: Mystery Thriller

Publisher: Grand Central Publishing

Published March 12, 2019

Format: Kindle, Audiobook, Nook

Number of Pages: 369

My Rating: 5 stars

Synopsis:

Sally Grissom is a top Secret Service agent in charge of the Presidential Protection team.  She knows that something is wrong when she is called to a private meeting with the President and the Chief of Staff without any witnesses.  She couldn't have predicted that she would be forced to take on an investigation of the mysterious disappearance of the First Lady.  But she has strict orders to keep it a secret.  Then a ransom note, along with the First Lady's finger, is sent to the White House.

My Thoughts:

This book was absolutely one of the best books that I have read by James Patterson.  The book really flowed and it was constantly moving along with the action, and with the plot.  The plot was very well written and thought out.  I felt like I was a part of Sally's team searching for the First Lady and wondering why she went missing.  I have to say that the twists and turns in the book was very riveting. This review is my opinion and many thanks to Grand Central Publishing for publishing this book.
